TransUnion Receives 2025 CUSTOMER Magazine Product of the Year Award

Email Behavior Intelligence honored for empowering businesses to enhance the customer experience and mitigate compliance concerns

TransUnion (NYSE: TRU) announced today that TMC, a global, integrated media company, has named TransUnion’s Email Behavior Intelligence (EBI) a 2025 Product of the Year Award winner. Presented by CUSTOMER magazine, TransUnion is being recognized as a provider that’s advancing the contact center, CX, CRM and teleservices industries.

“On behalf of TMC and CUSTOMER magazine, I’m thrilled to recognize TransUnion with a 2025 Product of the Year Award,” said Rich Tehrani, CEO of TMC. “Email Behavior Intelligence has clearly earned its place among the industry's top solutions, and I’m eager to see how TransUnion continues to innovate and lead in 2025 and beyond.”

EBI provides businesses with smart email insights to increase delivery rates and reliably correct and complete consumer email data, reducing compliance concerns over emails being delivered to the wrong address. A recent Forrester Consulting study commissioned by TransUnion showed email is the most used outbound communications channel for reaching customers — with 72% of respondents saying it’s important to meeting customer service goals.

“Today, having inaccurate data can jeopardize an entire email campaign,” said Thomas Nowaczyk, vice president, product management at TransUnion. “Without the use of customer contact intelligence products like EBI, businesses will continue to struggle to get their messages in front of customers. That’s likely to result in poor delivery rates, a negative customer experience and reduced revenue.”

The 2025 CUSTOMER Product of the Year Award highlights products which enable their clients to meet and exceed the expectations of their customers. Results of the 2025 CUSTOMER Product of the Year Award are published in CUSTOMER Magazine online and on TMCnet.
