TransUnion Appoints Pamela A. Joseph to its Board of Directors
TransUnion (NYSE: TRU) announced today that Pamela A. Joseph has been appointed to its Board of Directors. She will also serve as a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee. Joseph, 55, served as vice chairman, payment services, of U.S. Bancorp before retiring in June of this year.

In her role as vice chairman, payment services, of U.S. Bancorp, Joseph held several leadership roles in the company. During her 20-year tenure, she was a member of the company’s 14-person managing committee and was responsible for overseeing a broad portfolio of business units, including U.S. Bank Retail Payment Systems, U.S. Bank Corporate Payment Systems, Elavon Global Acquiring Solutions and Elavon Financial Services, U.S. Bancorp’s chartered European financial institution.
Prior to joining U.S. Bancorp, Joseph was the director of new market development at Visa International. She also served eight years at Wells Fargo where she served as vice president in several consumer and business banking divisions of the financial institution. She currently serves as a director on the boards of Paychex, Inc., a payroll and human resource services company, and Centene Corporation, a healthcare services organization.
In addition to her professional success, Joseph is a proven leader in the community, serving on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, including Women Leaders in Action, which focuses on children’s education in Africa, and Spelman College in Atlanta.
She holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.
