TransUnion Announces Secondary Offering of 15,652,500 Shares of Common Stock
TransUnion (the “Company”) (NYSE: TRU) announced that a certain stockholder (the “Selling Stockholder”) intends to offer for sale in an underwritten secondary offering 15,652,500 shares of common stock of the Company pursuant to the Company’s registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition, the Selling Stockholder has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2,347,500 additional shares of common stock. The Selling Stockholder will receive all of the proceeds from this offering. No shares are being sold by the Company.
